RO won't Open...

Ive seen this problem before and updating the graphic card driver is 99% sure to be what's going to fix it. Right now it doesn't detect any graphic options so it cant display the RO window.

My windows in in french so im not 100% sure how to guide you, but you know where you have all your disk (C: D: etc.) go there and right click, select properties and click the 2nd button, it should open a window that shows all the hardware of your computer, from there you should be able to see your monitor and try to detect the drivers.
