Go to the bottom right hand side of Neko Island at neko_isle 145, 39 and speak to the Cat Caretaker. Hear the legendary tales of Peekaboo, and if you have the required allegiance points + items, you can craft the Paw made in honor of Peekaboo.

Trivia

Peekaboo is one of "Peeka"'s many characters. This quest is made to honour her long play time and dedication to the heRO server. As of this quest's creation, the Peekaboo character is the oldest character with the oldest creation date that is still active by Oct 2023, excluding GM-Pandora. This quest talks of "Peeka"'s care of cats in need of foster homes in real life, which she spends a lot of time, care and effort to look after them. Although she may not be the most active player, do say hi to her whenever you see her!
