Pandelina is back in town for the 2019 Anniversary celebrations! What could she have in store for us?

General Info

In Fortuna Town in the Faeheim Region, near the Kafra area. Pandelina can be found, with the usual freebies, backpack lottery, and more. You must be Level 70 or higher to participate.

If your character participated in the 2018 Anniversary Quest, you will obtain 1 Event Bag from Pandelina the first time you talk to her.

Below you can find info on each of her individual offers.

Freebies

As its name implies, Freebies consists of free gifts. What items you will get is based on your level. With this option, you will obtain no backpacks or gear. See below for the list of possible freebies.

If you are Level 70~79, you will obtain either of the following:

• 5 Old Purple Boxes and 3 Dead Branch Boxes (Containing 25 DB each for a total of 75)
• 5 Taming Gift Sets and 1 Haircut Coupon

At level 80~89, you have a 33% chance to obtain either:

• 1 Bloody Branch and 1 Gold
• 1 Poring Card and 10 Poring Boxes
• 1 Rough Enriched Ore

If you are Lv 90 or higher, you will have a 25% chance to obtain one of the following:

• 1 Rough Enriched Ore and 1 Gold
• 2 Bloody Branches and 30 Light Blue Potions
• 1 Poring Card and 2 Light White Potion Boxes (100 Light White Potion Totals)
• 1 Event Bag

Zodiac Sword

The second available offer from Pandelina is the Zodiac Sword option. It is lower costume headgear with stats identical to all other costumes (0 weight, no level or class requirement, etc).

To obtain this costume, you need 100 Fairy Reputation Points or more. These can be obtained by completing Faeheim Quests.

3M Backpack Lottery

The 3m Lottery guarantees you a lower tier Backpack. Additionally, you will obtain 1 Rough Enriched Ore and 1 Battle Manual, the latter of which increases exp gained for a certain amount of time. The chance to obtain any particular backpack is the same (1 in 15).

7M Lottery

The 7m Lottery will give you a higher tier backpack. It also comes with 2 Rough Enriched Ores and 3 different +10 stat foods depending on your class. Priests, Hunters, Bards, Dancers, Wizards, Sages and Soul Linkers will obtain +10 DEX, +10 INT and +10 VIT foods, while the other classes will obtain +10 STR, +10 AGI and +10 LUK foods.

The possible backpacks that may be obtained from this lottery are as follows. The chance to obtain any particular backpack is 10%, with the exception of the Advanced Backpack, which has a 20% chance to be obtained.

Backpack Crafting

Pandelina offers a crafting option for 3 high end backpacks. She will require certain items, backpacks and zeny. The prices, while lower in comparison to previous years, are still somewhat high as the backpacks are very rare, if not outright unobtainable.

• To create an Orichalcum Backpack, Pandelina needs 1 Pandaring Backpack, 1 Pure Orichalcum, and 10 million zeny
  
• For a Dragon Backpack, she requires 1 Arcangeling Backpack, 1 Dragon Breath, and 10 million zeny
  
• To Craft a Pandaring Backpack, Pandelina will need 1 Angeling Backpack, 1 Deviling Backpack and 10 million zeny

Once you bring all the items and zeny, you'll obtain the backpack you chose.
