A woman somewhere in Tessera is researching costuming, the art of creating costumes, and will offer to create wings for you depending on your allegiance.
Notes:
1. To start this quest, you need 1,000 Faeheim reputation points.
2. Similar to the Rachel Sanctuary Entrance quest, where the whole server must band together, The Red & Blue Fairy Wings Quest must have been completed by anyone in the whole server at least 5 times for this quest to become available.
2. You must be in the light or dark allegiance to start this quest.
3. The wings are account bound.
4. The quest is not repeatable.
5. To create the wings, either Red or Blue Fairy Wings are required, among other ingredients. There is a chance that the wings creation can fail, in which case you will lose all your items and have to hunt them all over again. The success rate percent is as follows: (Faeheim reputation points * 4) / 100, with an extra 10% success rate added if you are a noble of any rank.
