The Lutia Train Service is in trouble! Help the Train Manager solve problems and to make amends with his father. As a reward, you will be able to use the Lutia Train Service and earn a new headgear.

  1. Talk to the Spirit in the Kaldheim library /navi lu_library 280/336, then click on the interactive Book in the bookshelf directly East of the spirit. Choose the option to Open the book.

  2. Go to the Train Station of Kaldheim /navi kaldheim 179/236 and talk with the Train Manager. He will tell you about the train situation and how snowstorms are affecting the train service. As there is a lack of material to make the repairs and a lack of experience on his part, he will ask you to find his father Hendrik in Veins and deliver a letter requesting advice.

  3. Teleport to Veins and reach a building in the Northwest part of town /navi veins 128/266 and talk with Old man /navi ve_in 193/225 Hendrick. He will express his desire to use this situation as a chance to improve his son's ability to solve problems. He recommends searching for the train blueprints and startings from the basics. Return to the Train Manager with his advice.
