Go to the Train Station of Kaldheim ( and talk with the Train Manager. He will tell about the train situation and how snowstorms are affecting the train service. As there is a lack of materials to make the repair, and lack of experience on his part, he asks you to find his father Hendrik in Veins and deliver as letter asking for help.
