I lag sometimes when I enter prontera, but only if I got lots of other software running, hence it's my computer that causes the lag, not the server. But it's not unbearable, it's just a little slow.
Anyhow, I reboot server to update npc on a semi-regular basis, which forces all merchants to reset their shop (like this morning).
