What are the pros and cons about Moscovia dungeon having a quest?

I've done that and it always resummons them.??I was told you have to kill them yourself after testing the wait period twice when I was still doing it on my Sin.??I had to kill them with my Sin to progress, and when I did hid with my Swordy I had to summon them over and over again if I waited.

I've stopped using my swordie for other reasons though and my Merch is pretty much just for selling crud now. I mostly play on my Sin and Wizzy now since I have more I can do and feel like trying to get them as high as I possibly can so I can start making money.
