Can't save chat...

I don't know what's wrong with it!??It tells me "Saved chat to C:/Program files/Gravity/RO/Chat/Store001.txt" but there's not even a Chat folder in the RO I DL'ed (Latest and updated)!!??So, I made a chat folder, but to no avail.??I still can't save chats.??I normally type all of my wares in a private chat room and save chat right there while looking at said wares with the capability of scrolling.??Now I either type in what I have in storage then copy and paste text to a txt file or screenshot my entire storage and write down what I have later.

Anyone have any idea what might be wrong???Should I DL a new RO?
