Cant patch properly

Hi, I'm just new to this server and I'am having one problem:
My patch is Slow and Always Errors(Failed to Download File)
is there a problem or is it just my connection?
now I'm stuck on 2011/08/20

I think it might be a server-related problem. I would tell you to retry multiple times, but I'm pretty sure you have tried a lot.

Not sure if there's a full-install available that includes newer patches? Anyone know?

Please don't create 4 different threads about the same issue. In my signature you'll find a link to the Support Ticket system, send in a ticket if you get any problem with the game.

The patcher seems to work for most, make sure you run it as Administrator.

Here's a link to the latest files, download it, unzip it and put the 2 files directly in your RO folder, replacing the old ones.

I've been having this problem for some time now. I've tried everything mentioned in this post short of a support ticket. I downloaded the mini installer, deleted my whole HeRO folder and downloaded the full installer and ran that, and got the latest files out of that link. Nothing seems to work. Patcher says failed to load patchlist, and when I try to go straight to hero.exe, failed to connect to server.

Something is blocking hero from connecting. Try disabling yr antivirus/firewall.
