Amulet reduced from 10 weight to 1
Sapha Set bonus changed from "dual daggers" requirement to "1h weapon in left hand" (dagger, 1h sword, 1h axe)
GM Service Ticket is now tradeable

Blue Potion SP healing boost should now work properly with Red Christmas Jester
Pocket Watch[1] should combo properly now
Chilly Spell Book should properly cast cold bolt on 4% chance at a level equal to its refine rate (minimum 1)
Death Knight card properly reduce damage according to all 3 sizes instead of by boss and non-boss
Applering Backpack properly drops gift boxes like all other backpacks
Oriental Pastry is fixed to give 15 MATK instead of 10 MATK

The following will take place by the next server reboot, whenever it happens:

Kiel Dungeon will automatically check for the Keycard instead of asking you to type it in, which should be more convenient for players
Faeheim Enchant should properly allow the enchantment of Saint's Robe[1] instead of Saint's Robe[0]
Healer in "non-standard" non-town locations should also remove a bigger list of status like the ones in town
The Miracle Man should function properly with new shop interface to sell Grape Juice
Umbala Domestic Dispute quest should be doable again

The following field allows memos again by the next server reboot

The next patch, whenever is out, will fix the following issue.

Standardized wording for equipment that boost specific item's healing rate
Lady Solace Card description is fixed to say "when physically attacking" instead of "when physically attacked"
Vanilmirth Card description is fixed to say Level 3 Caprice instead of Level 2 Caprice
Yummy Chocolate is clarified to indicate that it only boosts the HP healing portion of the Chocolate, not the SP portion
Rudolph Hairband clarified its carrot boosted effect to indicate its numerical amount of 2000%
Starving Fish Hat fixed to indicate that it reduce damage taken from Fish race, not Dragon race
Stem In Mouth's item description has been fixed to indicate its effect (which never changed) of allowing Aloe Leaflet and Hinaelle Leaflet to restore 15% more HP

Peco characters need to dismount in order to spend skill points
Constant card's effect and item description are a total mismatch. We'll provide a GM free decard for this weapon when this is fixed, since some people carded it based on the item script and some people carded it based on the item description.
Easter NPC still needs to be fixed. We'll extend duration of Easter exchange discount into May to give players adequate time to get the Easter seasonal gears for 2023
Costume Assassin Mask still needs to be investigated regarding why it cannot be costume-ed by the NPCs
